However i like cricket better even thoguth boost has a better coverage in the Texas area, n about the plan with boost trust me they will implement taxes

Take a trip down to Houston sometime, walk into an indirect store.. Ask the person behind the counter why buisness is so slow in the Houston area. BOOST will be the answer.

hummm dude i live in Houston, and also i am an indirect dealer and at my store we're averaging 200 to 250 brand new activations so maybe i should ask myself?lol, once again maybe we just such a good sales people we close the deal right there n then , now sales has dropped since the first year cricket was in town and thats only activation wise , thats because Cricket is going into service mode meaning not as much brand new customers but get more "can i pay my bill" but revenue wise i think is better more flashings more people breaking their phones or COP(Customers Own Phone)thats what we called them when they activate their own sprint or verizon phone, and honestly i like it better when they activated their own phone and when i flash phones better than selling our own cricket phones, meaning less inventory i gotta carry plus less explanation about what this phone do or does and on top on that i dont have to wait to get the "rebates" back

Im a premier store meaning i can't sell any other product than cricket itself, now my friend has an authorized dealer and he sells boost as an add on(he sells cricket too) profit margin is bigger with a cricket handset than with a boost phone anyhow lol im not going in details, but lets put it this way Cricket has the upper hand when it comes to phones larger variety more markets. Imagine i open a store for boost big big store with 2 phones one on each hand which one you want camera? no camera?LOL besides the boost stores that are surviving right now is because they sell other products along beside boost, boost as a whole not enough to pay employees and rent. Cricket Bigger name in the game, boost just starting out

i wish there was only 4 phones, 1) The cheap economic one 2) simple camera phone 3 )a phone with all types of features Mp3, megapixel camera etc 4)PDA smart phone. But us a consumer want variety. It would be so much easier if it was just like that

Boost is going to kill cricket in the long run....Once it fully launches it is going to be crazy...cricket is great but boost is just going to be better....Better coverage and I even heard that they may get the bleep(walkie-talkie feature) unlimited also! If this is true then boost is deffinietly going to kill cricket. Mark my words....

Not to mention Cricket can't keep their phones in stock. They need to just sell the company to Metro, and let someone who knows what they are doing run things.

Not necessarily V.I.P which is one of the largest supplier for boost just ran out stock about a month ago in South Texas keep in mind thats only two phones we'r talkin about LOL but hey maybe since is a new market right?. By the way sure boost i agree is a good product. But it has alot of flaws currently it not a good competitor for cricket YET. I must stress 1- They don't accept foreign ESNs 2- Their billing system sucks 3 If there's something wrong with my phone i have to take through motorola 4- No insurance policies 5- Unlimited just in Texas&Oklahoma 5- 3 phones? got to be kidding me 6- just 45 50 55 dollar plan they dont have anything appealble to Kids and people that are just straight cheap
7- did i said don't accept foreign esn? i would love to used my Mogul or HTC touch with fully mms wap or a MOTO Q9c or MOTO Q9m Fully functional!! but nah i have to be stuck with a c290 or a w385 or wait a k1
