so··· i just learned that a friend of mine got fired last week. At workstation, she was doing other things on website instead of doing her job.
But how the boss knew that? Later from the grapevine she got to know that the manager had installed some monitor software. We googled and found out there are lots of such stuff like that, employee monitoring, Remote Spy and computer monitor software,etc,etc.
I just want to know if it is legal for the company apply such monitor software
