could you send me instructions on how I could tether and browse the settings on my Samsung Instinct M850.

Hi, I was looking at your post about the samsung instinct. I kind of need some help, I can't find the modem drivers, and I'm not quite sure how to do it all. I tried to find everything and do the steps but it was not working, the QPST was only working offline and would not go online to an active phone. I have tried everything, please help me.
