Banning and Multiple User Accounts
If you were banned temporarily and start a new account, the new account will be banned permanently, and the existing account will get another month added onto the ban time mandatory. If you were banned permanently and start a new account within a month, your new account will be banned permanently. If you start more than two accounts after being permanently banned, your IP address will be reported to the FBI.
