search around mobile-files.com or HoFo
if you still cant find it take the phone to any place that flashes phones or a cricKet store.
it does use SPC and it is 333333/000000, but that wont help you out much with changing the user lock unless you have a data cable.

I have a Susteen/DataPilot cable which is supposed to work with the CDM7025 (also LG6000 et al). I also have BITPIM software, but am unable to get bitpim to recognize the 7025 (I used generic CDMA type)
What other Programs could be used to clear the user password? QPST? Where are the codes located?
It seems that many CDMA phones, including Audiovox have keyboard codes to reset passwords. What about the 7025?
Bitpim mainly uses serial connections. if you have a good virtual usb to comm you might get it to work.....DataPilot only lets you use certan features, i.e. phonebook, calender
and most programs need a com connection.
the only sure fire way would be to get it to work is get yourself a serial cable or CDMA_Workshop and a comm box (way too expensive if your only doing this phone)
or take it in to someone.
If you are wanting to sell these phones or do an ESN switch on these phones (seen your post in HoFo)
than you do not need the user lock. if these are cricket phones once you OTAP (*228) it will automatically change the user lock to the new #.
AT first I thought the last post wasn't very useful, but then I tried entering Menu 0 while doing OTA (*228) and it let me in to the NAM programming menu (MDN/MIN/Home SID). I didn't find out if there was any way to set System to 'home only' so I could OTA to another network.
But I did find out that my DataPilot/Susteen LG6000 cable would work very nicely with the UT Starcom Drivers 'UTStarcomCDMAHandsetUSBDrv' & software BITPIM, EasyCDMA and CDMA Workshop.
CDMA Workshop allowed me to read and reset the user password, SPC & MSL.
I also used it to set the 'Home Only' option in the NAM. After that was set I could change the HOME SID (either thru keypad or program) to my local VZW SID (48 in Phoenix) and then use OTA to update the PRL. I could have updated the PRL directly, but why bother? Besides that the PRL file that EasyCDMA produced didn't look quite right compared to .prl & .rla files I have used with Motorola CDMA's.
Thanks for the clues. But whats a comm box?

I used easy cdma with an LG usb cable. Then I got the phone connected to the computer then switched it to COM port 3. (in your control panel go to system, Then hardware, Then device manager, Finally find the phone in the com port section and go to properties. then find advanced and move the COM port to 3) Then I used EASYcdma software to pull off the nvm files 0002. Then I used WINhex to view the two files. The user lock code I found in 0005. also it was the last four of the phone number. Another way to find this is to run either uniCDMA or CDMAworkshop.
