    Flashing/Programming Phones

    I was wondering, is there a good site that can teach someone how to flash & program phones? I work at a Cricket store [not Cricket Corp a premier dealership] and was looking for some extra cash to supplement my low wages. Any ideas/tips/secrets?

    And a little experience. Get out there, get a phone, and hack away. Thats the best way to learn. Avoid Sanyos, and most Sprint devices :P

    mobile-files.com is another good place to look. I use the search button there quite often.

    flashing Motorola phones seems to be the easy way to start off
