Reprogramming other CDMA carrier phones to Cricket

I am trying to flash a Blackberry Pearl to cricket and I'm having a problem. I have the program, and I've downloaded several versions of the evdo.prl, but I cannot get Windows to open the .prl. Anyone know what I need to do?

guys i have a problem i wonder if u can help me my friend tryed to update my droid to version 2.2 and at the ttime my droid was flashed too cricket and for some reason when he rebooted it it all of a sudden didnt work so we restored it to version 2.1 and it still wont make call or send texts and before this happened when i dialed 611 i got the cricket operator or something like that but now when i try it it sends me to a verizon operator i think it may have gotten unflashed if so its an easy fix but idk if that is what happend can u guys please help
