Reprogramming other CDMA carrier phones to Cricket

You can use PST (it is a Motorola phone, right?) and create a MMS Data File, a BREW File, an RTT Browser File and (not sure if the next one is needed but can't hurt) an RTT Data File. Those contain most if not all the settings to get MMS, WAP, and cricKet clicKs working. Only thing that could make you and then and again is if some of the memory locations on the phone are locked and can't be overwritten. That is the problem we are dealing with and is why a full flash file is many times needed. Flashing erases and rewrites everything, so those locked areas get wiped out and replaced with the new. My previous phone was originally from Alltel and I actually got MMS to work, right before I made it a paper weight with a flip camera... writing these files to the phone won't effect the Voice/Text function AFAIK. Over on Howard Forums someone posted that they had a friend on the inside and would post the flash files he got for download. I'm not holding my breath for this though ,until I have it in my hands. I was learning how to seem edit for my Razr phone and i changed a few things and saved them to my phone with p2k seem. but a few mins later i decided I had better not mess with it and changed it back to its original settings and saved it to the phone again. I haven't turned my phone off since then until a couple of hours ago and now it'll load to the main screen but I don't have service and it'll show the main screen with nothing but my banner, the time, the date andt that's it... and now when I try to go back into p2k seem and fix it I can't do it because it keeps on saying the device isn't connected...

Anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Any help would be GREATLY Appreciated.

Does anyone know if there is a repository that houses actual Cricket flash files? I'm looking for something similar to the Motomodders guys site with Motorola GSM flash and flex files. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No there's nothing like that for CDMA Motorola phones. There is no way available to the public to create a useable flash file for CDMA Motorola like there is for GSM Motorola. Only way to get a flash is from someone leaking it to the internet. I know, it sucks but that is the price you pay for superior technology.

What about a Sprint TREO 650, it is a CDMA phone and I have seen in forum others have successfully converted it.
I very much appreciated posts by Phx_Cricket, they were informative. I do not want to make a pare weigt out of my phone so what do I do.
