    Sprint 6700 Web Stops Out-Of-Nowhere

Ok, so earlier this week, I am just using the web as usually on my phone, and all of the sudden, after I soft-reset it, it stops working. The always used to work after a reset, but now nothing. When I try to connect, it connects, but then it trys to connect to Sprint's Power Vision network.. I deleted the connection and then I get an error stating that I need to change the the connection settings. Nothing has been working. Any ideas?

hard reset and stop the sprint stuff from installing with a soft reset then redo settings and then sync the phone.

if i hard reset, will it anyhow undo the reporgram/flashing process from sprint to cricket? or will it all be the same in that way? and is there a way to back up the contacts and stuff?

You need to the Sprint Customizations for the ## codes to work. There is another way to make it stop useing the Default Sprint Connection.

Goto Start, Settings, Connections, Connections again,Advanced,Select Networks, and change both to "My Work Network", or what ever network use setup for Cricket.
