I am from Buffalo, NY but I've been in Ohio temporarily. I am using 5131 prl that I personally updated on the phone, but I can't get my internet or picture messaging to work. I want to know if theres a better prl to use. I can install it myself, so I just need the numbers or possibly the file. I have tried a few other ones, but to be honest I can't remember what they were. I use a motorola slvr.
