1. why won't my emails send? went into the store and they fixed it, but wouldn't let me know how they did it. third time it's happened now in the last few weeks. anyone know what they are doing?

2. for some reason now i'm not getting any voice messages. when i dial voice mail, no matter what code i put in, i can't reach my voice messages. so i changed the code, and still i can't get my voice messages.

3. i'm supposed to have service in the border town of mexico, but don't. guess i'll have to speak to local rep about that.

4. when going into my next door border town, i put my phone on airplane mod, and the battery drains so quickly! why? not even using the phone!

5. cricket sells the rickiest accessories ever! the phone charger is like 2-3 feet long, the car phone charger is one foot long coil, and both take forever to charge my phone. when i plug it into the home outlet with a walmart brand, it charges FAST - within an hour!! any one else have that problem?

6. almost any problem there is with the phone, they want to reset it. that's all those people know how to do.
i do not care for cricket personnel. they sell their cheap accessories without giving you a receipt, (ten bucks, twenty bucks will do...), and hope you won't ask for a receipt. they are always out of batteries, "but hey, i'll sell you this one last one here for $40!"

I have a wall charger with mini usb, which does not charge with a darn. Not sure where i got it from (maybe from the headset...). I also have a car charger, which charges ok when car is running, very slow when car is not running. (lower voltage maybe?) I also have a USB cable from my computer which charges from 5% to 100% in about 30 minutes.

as to your issued with email, and voicemail, and the airplane mode, I really don't have any experience with that. I am guessing that you are bouncing between service in US and service in Mexico. Try using your phone 50 miles away from the border to see how it behaves.
