well let's see, son bought phone 1st month free service. Phone works 4 days, go back to store, they put in new battery, phone works 2 days. Call 800 cricket, talk to "supervisor" no service, call store no service...NOW part 2....Drive to Dayton full service store, get told "New" battery is a used battery..also no good,they also broke the "no tamper seal" inside the phone, but phone is OK. they put in new battery, phone works. Also get told that per their computer that I didn't talk to a supervisor..the lady on the phone lied. I do ask for an adjustment on the bill since the phone has only worked 1 week, the full serice store tells me to call cricket. call cricket, they say to go to the original store. I go there, and get told they can't do it either. then I call cricket back and get told they never told me that but they can't help either, NOW the service is shut off, and we have a $150 paperweight! I have also called a non-toll free cricket number but can't get to a real person..I have left 3 messages and none have been returned. The Dayton TV station has a consumer advocate segment so I believe that is our next step since cricket wants to ignore this problem.
