You could try providing a little more information. What model phone do you have, etc...?

You can try reprogramming your phone. You can do this by dialing *228.

    Try reprogramming your phone.

Just *228, you may have to do this more than once to get all the updates.

Also, prior to doing that, you could call a Cricket rep and have them reset your feature set. After you hang up dial *228.

No matter what my signal strength is I have issues all the time with TXTs that get returned as "not deliverable" so ill try to resend it over and over till i get a succesfull message. But my friends will tell me they received the txts several times.
I'll also receive duplicate messages, which get on my nerves because ill get 4 or 5 a day. As little as it may be it's still annoying.

If you're still having problems, I would call a Cricket rep. Let them know what problem you're having.

Let us know what they say.

I'd seriously call again, hopefully you get some one from a US call center. Let them know that you are still having issues.

How old is your phone? How long ago did you get it?

You may just have to take it in to a full service Cricket store.

    Keep us up to date.
