    actually the two stage dialing is still there. Single stage has been delayed temporarily.

    for an extra ten $ you get 100 min. which equals 10 cents. per min. but for an extra 15 $ you get 200 min. which equals 13.3 cents a min.

    Not sure of your math - But $10/100 Mins is 10 Cents and $15/200 Mins is 7.5 Cents
