Warning About Cdma-King.Com

I would like to bring attention to a disturbing incident I've recently had and hopefully save others from a chaotic mess. Presuming that many have heard of CDMA King and have a knowledge of their online web-store, I want you to think twice about purchasing solutions from this company. CDMA King posted solutions for various different carriers (i.e. Pocket & Cricket) listed for $100.00. Specifically, the listing I was interested in, and in fact purchased through PayPal, stated that it was a Cricket Palm Pre & Pixi FULL Solution. The "full solution" was made available to me the following day by a download link e-mailed to me.

After receiving the software, I noticed that it was only for the Palm Pre. I contacted CDMA King and after a whirlwind of excuses and promises of a call back, I finally spoke to an associate, Alexander, of whom stated that he was a manager. He assured me that they would send me a back up disc that would indeed contain both solutions and that I would receive it in about two weeks. At the same time I purchased the Palm Pre & Pixi solution, I had also purchased the Motorola Q9C Full Solution as well as their BB NAM Tool. The Motorola Q9C solution was bunk! The BB NAM Tool was nothing more than InfoSoft's UNIPST wrapped inside one of CDMA King's installers with expired Hardlock drivers. I contacted them again and was told to turn my system back two years!

Now, I want to make it perfectly clear, I read that posting inside and out. Not one program purchased from CDMA King was as stated. Not one promise made by their company associates were kept. However, I kindly and patiently brought these issues to their attention again and gave them one more chance to rectify the situation. After being ignored for weeks, without at least a courtesy call, I e-mailed CDMA King through PayPal and demanded a refund. They, of course, would not issue me a refund and I had no other choice but to file a claim through PayPal. Conveniently for them, Pay Pal found on their behalf and deemed the programs "Intangible" because they are digital downloads. Unfortunately, the promised back up disc never came.

I am now out of pocket for about $400.00, in possession of partly useless programs and BANNED! Yes, CDMA King banned me from their website. They also took down 95% of the programs that were posted in the web-store. To make a very long story just a little bit shorter, I decided to do some homework. After some investigation, I extracted the .JAR ROM file and found out that it was not even CDMA King's solution. I have since contacted the originator of the Palm Pre solution, BeezleWaxin, and have forwarded him the files that were, again, wrapped inside a CDMA King installer. See attached link.

In conclusion, CDMA King sold me pirated software. I want everyone to know what really happened and how I got burned by a company that chose to do bad business.

MR bigwilly had bought the palm pre full flash for cricket . He then call yelling and using bad words, We told him it the palm pre full flash which it stated in our store . He wanted the pixi full flash which we didn't not have on our store on the site ! He said it sayed pixi full flash and he got really mad and said im going to burn you guys if you don't refund my money, we have on the site no refunds after download ! he said that we better give him the software or he will take down our site ! First problem he called upset , second problem he use very bad words ! I see were he got confused when he bought the software ! It said Pix's AND Web full flash not PIXI , Main title in our store was titled Palm Pre full cricket ! We are sorry bigwilly but you need to keep it cool not blow up and get so upset and use bad words ! You only payed $100 for the software not $400. I will Also post a copy of his invoice. He also is postting bad stuff becuase he lost with paypal.com we proved to them that he orederd the wrong software and he lost .. Also bigwilly1976 was banned because he post our software on newmobile-files.com , i email jack tovar owner to remover from the site and he did as i asked. Well after posting the above and reporting this web site for abuse and for selling pirated software they have been shut down!! and the above graphic appears when going to =http://www.cdmaking.com I guess it does prove "DO NOT FUCK WITH ME"!! I AM A GOOD GUY BUT WILL NOT TAKE ANY CRAP PERIOD!!
