Jump Downloads

Ok, I have a question or two about this services.

1. Jump Downloads fee is $5.00 Is that a one time fee that will give you access to the online catalog, or it is a monthly fee?

2. Does Jump downloads eat up minutes when I log into Brew to see what's there?

3. If I upgrade my phone on the same account will I have to pay the $5.00 fee again?

1. its a one time fee
2. it wont take away any minutes...only when you make a regular call(not if received)
3.yes you will.
