instint flashing trouble

ok i believe i have done everything right..redone it about 12x now..when i dail 611 asks me to put in my home number and then tells me they are not part of the service provider to hang up and call my service provider directly.. have tried alot of prls and the lastest one being 1050..i do the *228 and it says connecting then just vanishes...
ok when i restarted the phone it told me entering sprint service area...

What area are you located sound like your in a AWS market. Also try *2, or *22804.

I am in the temple,killeen,waco,austin,,texas area..
When i do *2 or *22804 the phone shows phone number ######,vision username ###@Mycricket.com and tells me to make a local call to a mobile or landline press #1 now ,to use or buy a prepaided pin prees #2
