I want to get a new phone from Cricket. The sale person told me to not pay my next bill, so I will be dropped from them and then I could sign back up and get the discounted price for starting a new account. With Cricket billing, is it you paying a month a head or for the month you already used?

I don't want to be charged late fees and the sales person seemed as if they didn't know what they were talking about.
