RAZR wallpaper Question?

The pics have to be 176x220 right? If so, what program can I use to resize pics? I just left the wallpaper for razrs thread and all those pics look crisp and clear. I have MPT and when I transfer a pic there it still looks blurry on the phone, like my personal pics. I use photoshop and imageready, any other program I should use and any tips would be helpful

u can use any photo editing program to resize the pix a program that works best for me is the HP image program but i think that only comes on HP computers

photoshop will do it just fine, open the picure, then go image\image size, uncheck constrain proportions and enter the sze (176X220) and save it
