38199.prl for Buffalo/Niagara Falls please

Sorry to be scavenging as a new member, will be doing a "how to" for my own purposes and publish, as I've had to use three sets of instructions to get where I am, and I'm just stuck on *228 not working. Need the prl to finish it up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to do this same thing. I need a PRL as well to make my Eris work.

If anyone can extract this file, or help us acquire it, it would be amazing. With any PRL file I can get to *228, but he says he's unable to program my phone.
