blackberry service books for cricket

how do you install the service books please let me know asap thanx

1) Connect the blackberry with desktop manager CLOSED.
2) Open CrackUTIL (of course you have to install it first!)
3) Go to the middle tab (File Manipulation) and click on Retrieve files
4) Click on bb_browser_daemon and click remove file
5) Close CrackUTIL and open bb desktop manager
6) Go to backup/restore and click on advanced
7) go to file/open and choose the ipd file a.k.a. "service book"
8) click the arrows pointing right and it will write the sb to the blackberry
9) close desktop manager
10) Open CrackUTIL and go to the middle tab again
11) This time click on load file to device and choose the bb_browser_daemon u removed earlier
12) Close CRACKUTIL and ENjoy!

ok...im trying to flash my sprint blackberry 8330 to cricket and i got a few questions

1.) Are the service books marsh posted back in march still the best ones?
2.) Do I have to put my phone is legacy mode?
3.) If it does have to be in legacy mode, how do you do that?

Guys you really don't need to use crackutil.

if you goto the service book menu their is a key combo you use to activate legacy service book once you have done this you can upload your service books with no problem some bb models are different then others so use Google to find the right key combo for your model number one is alt+SBEB i think, and this should work for the 8330.

By the way does anyone know some one with actual cricket service books?

since you seem to have the down low on blackberrys i need some help. i live in colorado and when i traveled to las vegas last month my flashed cricket bb did not work. it said i needed to add flex account even though i already had some. this happened to me in May when I was in Portland. I was unable to send and receive anything. i called cricket support tonight and all they could tell me is that service is good in both areas and that i should try to turn my roaming on. any suggestions. i am traveling to oregon again this weekend and need my phone to work.
