Yeah,, just double check everything,,, the key thing is making sure that you set it to simple ip only...

but if you get it to finally connect but the browser says it can not display the page.. then you are having a proxy problem and not an authentication problem and then you should just adjust the browser proxy ip,,
the truncated ip address for the proxy may be different in your network area than it is in mine... even though the domain name is wap.mycricket.com the actual ip address of it may resolve differently on different parts of the network..

I will not go into the exacts of getting your spc/msl and flashing the prl to the phone.. if you are not sure how to do this,, you shouldnt really be reading this thread yet...





After Changing your spc to 000000
and flashing the Cricket prl to the phone...
do the esn change through cricket..
perform *228 and get all things updated...

after this go back to Qpst and read the phone..
once you read the phone.. go to m.ip and change from mobile ip to simple ip only,,, and look at the first 2 user profiles under m.ip open each one up and change the Nai to 10DigitNumber@mycricket.com,, for both standard and tethered...
remove any ip address that you find in these 2 profiles. and remove any other profiles except the first 2.
also make sure both of them say enabled...,,

now go to ppp config...
look at the tabs that say um and an... under these 2 tabs,, the user id should be 10DigitNumber@Mycricket.com tethered id should be the same,, password is cricket in lowercase on both tabs,, remove any dns ip address you find in either tab also. just make sure all ip address are blank.

once you are completed with this,, move on to the next step..

click on phone icon
click on dialer..
enter ##3282#
click user name
click edit
enter your spc which should already be 000000 by now
starting from the top here ya go...

SPI MN-HA "1234"
SPI MN-AAA "1234"
M Home Address "066.179.166.148"
Prim Ha Ip "010.000.005.021"
Sec Ha Ip "010.000.005.022"
Rev Tunneling "Off"

click done,, allow the phone to reboot...

Now do ##3282# again.. this time go to browser
click edit
enter spc
youll see gateway1 and gateway2,,, under both of these
you will see primary and secondary,,, set primary and secondary ip`s for both gateways to 172.029.223.007,, they will all be the same ip address,, and set the Port and secure Port for all gatways to 8080,, hit done reboot and padow.. there you go...

I have tried to make this as clear As I can,, If you have any issues,, start all over... and start from the top...

oh ,, and if you ever reset the phone.. not only will you lose these settings.. but you will lose the browser registration,, and after that the browser will not come up again,, because it gets stuck trying to re register your account with sprint..
this happened to me,, and I got the browser back,, but dont remember how I did it,, I think I had to get into the policy file or something,, but oh well dont sweat it,, just dont reset the phone back to factory spect.. it makes all the apps think the phone is brand new and never been activated..

I wrote to it trying to create a new app that switches and adds another line, well i wrote all zeros to that nam2 file to make it blank again, i erased everything and tried writing to it and it then wont write everything blank, i either need to know where the file is in the subsystem or i just need the blank file to write the nam value to, id like the original one to see where cdma workshop has the weakness in clearing all the values on the nam. I think having 2 lines on a phone could be kewl. I just could use a hand with this for now.

Im using cdma workshop 2.7.0
if u go to nam
go toward the bottom and click the box where it says nam and make it say nam 2, then click read, save it and send it to me or post it on here, stupid me, i forgot to back it up and i thought i did.

I wont be able to work on this project till wednesday, but i would love to get the phone working again on nam 1, but with nam 2 having information in it, it is currently confusing the phone, lol!

Any help would be appreciated.

I got my downloads from searching torrent files. I haven't tried to flash my phone yet. CDMA and QPST Both together here http://dl.btjunkie.org/torrent/CDMA-...wnload.torrent Just make sure you have the BitTorrent downloader. ok i believe i have done everything right..redone it about 12x now..when i dail 611 asks me to put in my home number and then tells me they are not part of the service provider to hang up and call my service provider directly.. have tried alot of prls and the lastest one being 1050..i do the *228 and it says connecting then just vanishes...
ok when i restarted the phone it told me entering sprint service area...
