I have been able to transfer songs without problem but I don't know about movies.

oh really?? how did u do that? do i need a data cable? or can i send to to my cricket e-mail>>? how did u do that?

I have been able to transfer songs without problem but I don't know about movies.

I use a data cable (which can also be used for charging the phone from your computer) and Motorola Phone Tools. The software will back up your contacts, calendar, photos and allow you to transfer pictures or mp3s to your phone.
