HTC Mogul

So i bought the HTC mogul off ebay new, even bought the square trade warranty for an extra 30 dollars for 2 years what the heck so its coming up on 6 months of having the HTC mogul flashed to cricket and it was working fine except i still unable to download ringtones for the phone. or use music i downloaded off my computer as ringtones, dont know why the devil insist on throwing me a pep rally. but anyways im in texas and hurricane ike spanked our ass houston to be exact and i didnt have service for a couple of days, now for some reason following the hurricane my damn phone is now freezing, the touch screen is delayed sometimes indefinitely, calls come in but i cant see them on caller i.d. only the ringing sound, as well as when i unlock phone it goes to black screen for a time then eventually goes to the main menu screen, what in the is really going on, any solutions, because the good ole boys at square trade tell me we can reprogram it back to sprint and troubleshoot it which does nothing for me, but make me have to reflash it to cricket which will still be a cost, does anyone have any suggestion

As for your question: I am located in Southern Ohio, and we've been having network issues with Cricket since the storm as well.

You can re-flash the phone to Cricket quite easily yourself: Just visit PPCKitchen.org and follow the instructions there. It's very easy to do. If you have any trouble, join the forums there and ask for help.
