    Razr V3c web issue

okay i have a razr and i got blocked off a website for no reason cause of something someone hacked my name and did. i believe they had blocked my phone ip? (if possible? idk) but it will not let me on at all even after clearing cookies cache and history its like they permanently blocked ip or something because no way to do it by number. i want to know is there anyway to get around this like completely reset web browser or phone any type of solutions at all? please give me your input. thanks in advance!!

Try going through Google's proxy server:

In that case, Cricket uses a proxy server, so the IP address would remain the same regardless of what phone you were using......
