    Unhappy Utstarcom CDM7026

    I have a Utstarcom 7026 and I"m trying to get connected to my computer. I already have the usb cable and my computer reads it as a Utstarcom 7025. can any body help me???? I just want to add ringtones and pictures and back up my phone contacts..I tried Data pilot, that was a no go..

    Yeah problem with that phone in particular is that no program recognizes it shows up as a modem and port. But no connection is made

    I tried Universal PST using the 7025 DLL but that was a no go, all i was trying to do was load the 1040 PRL b/c when i first got it it had no PRL from factory i didnt want to return the phone at first but i had to RMI back to Brightpoint
