I have a question. I was just given a blackberry 8800 series phone. Its with sprint. Is there away for me to flash to cricket on my own or do I need to take it to a store and pay someone 50$? I have cricket pre paid service on a cheap cricket phone right now.

You need to use your bb desktop mgr.>backup&restore>advanced options in the left box you open "file" (at the top) select "open" then go to where you downloaded the file. It should be an ipd extension so you may need to unzip the file before going into desktop mgr. Lots of Luck

I also have a flashed 8330 for cricket. I upgraded my os but in dong so it deleted my browser configuration. Will either of these service books replace the missing configuration so i can use the internet again?

Thanks, Jeremy
