Flashing Helio Ocean

Hello All,
I am new to the site, looking for answers. I recently purchased an Ocean (Helio) off of eBay, and I was wondering:

1) Can it be FULLY flashed to Cricket's network (internet, MMS, the whole nine)? I live in the Baltimore, MD area, and we are new to Cricket service

2) Are there any retail stores in the Maryland area that flash it, and if so, how much?

ANY help would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks :D

I know the phone can be flashed to cricket but I don't recall ever seeing anyone that got wap and mms working. It's been a while since I've looked so it's possible someone figured it out.

1. Yes it can be flashed with talk and text as for as mms and wap from what i have heard it can be wap only done in a similar method to the instinct

2. not sure u gotta do some searching mycricket.com is a good place to start
