Cricket Phone

I have two cricket numbers and two phones. I broke one of the phones and want to activate a new phone (Motorola and its a cricket phone I bought off ebay) to my existing number...is there any way to do it online or do I have to go through customer service to do it.

you have 2 options. you can call the customer service or go to a store.. there is a $15 charge for that though. if you will do it over the customer service you can pay that upfront or add to bill. if in store they will ask you to pay for that upfront
