Daylight Savings time

I have a flashed Samsung Instinct for cricket, but it has not changed over to daylight savings time... has anyone found a way to manually do it or a fix to this problem?

I had to change my motoQ to a different time zone. Only way I could figure out how to get it changed. If you don't have a setting for that you might try *228, though I don't see that helping, it cant hurt.
