My fiancee bought a Samsung phone yesterday but at the Cricket store and was able to send text messages but can not receive messages. She has called customer support numourous times now and they told her how to reset the phone , they also reset themselves. Still no fix.

Has anyone else had this issue , is there a fix?:BANGHEAD2:

Try going to a corporate store and have them move the account temporarily to a different phone to see if it works. If it does, the problem is with the handset. Otherwise, the account may need to be rebuilt.
